From surviving domestic violence to rebuilding my life as an international model in Europe and Asia, to climbing the ranks in corporate America and leading high performing teams, I know what it means to rise after being broken down.

My journey wasn’t without struggle. Burnout, health challenges, and the visible impact of an auto immune disease forced me to confront perfectionism and self-worth in a new way.

But instead of hiding, I chose to share my story. Today, I empower audiences to put themselves first, set boundaries, and transform their pain into powerful lessons.

Alongside speaking, I also run a videography business, helping leaders and brands capture stories that move and inspire.
